Last night was bitter sweet. We had a great meeting and accomplished a lot of business. But sadly it was our last meeting at the VFW. We have called it home for many years, but it is closing as of April 1st. The gentlemen there had cake and coffee for us as a farewell party- such a sweet gesture. They were the most wonderful hosts ever! We will miss seeing them every month, but look forward to seeing them at ceremonies and events during the year. To the veterans at Post 3211 you are the very best!!
Our new meeting place will be at the Marine Corps League in Massapequa.
